Tree Inchies

Today's featured stamper over at Splitcoaststampers, Laura, has a reasure trove of card inspiration! I cased her cute Gratitude is a Memory card.  As is required when we case the featured stamper, I changed two or more things on my card.  I:

1. used stamps for my trees versus her ADORABLE felt trees
2. added twine
3. omitted buttons
4. went with a birthday versus gratitude occasion

I stamped my tree inchies twice; once on the lighter green card stock and once on white card stock with Garden Green ink.  I cut out the one stamped on white and popped it up over the one on the Certainly Celery card stock.  I then added Glossy Accents to my trees.

My card is very simple and clean, but I think it is perfect for a masculine card.

Supplies I used:
Stamps:  Tree Inchies (#430) and Happy Birthday sentiment (#624)by Rubbernecker
Paper: White, Garden Green, Certainly Celery, Black (Stampin' Up)
Ink: Versafine Black, Stampin' UP Garden Green
Accessories: rectangle Nestabilities, Glossy Accents, Peapod Green twine from The Twinery, dimensionals

The number in parentheses are SKU numbers that you can use as a search on Rubbernecker's website to find the stamp or you can also type in the name of the stamp or stamp set.
