I'm Cuckoo for m & ms

Do you remember that commercial where the cuckoo bird sang "I'm cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs!" over and over again? Well, I'm cuckoo for m&ms, and you'll probably see that repetitive theme throughout my blog, if you're a frequent visitor. Bet you couldn't guess that one, huh?

My goofy and good friend, da Muddermark (whom most of you know as Mothermark, MotherSnotDot, Gertie or just as Cindy---so many aliases she has!), has these really cool Teapot Tuesday challenges on her glob (as she lovingly calls it). Yesterday, her sample teapot had this wild, zebra-like design to it, so I ran with the "wild" theme for my card today. I only had about 15 minutes before work this morning to slap something together that also fit with today's sketch challenge on SCS. (Cool sketch design, Dawn!) My m&m designer paper is vellum, which I attached to white cardstock with vellum tape and then cut into 1" strips. The m&m bar is one of those liquid gel sticker thingies sent to me by LuvLee (thanks, Lee!) eons ago, and the sentiment is from Stampin' Up's Wild About You stamp set punched with the word window punch. Easy peasy schmeasy cheesy, I know. I think the chocolate satin ribbon helped to dress it up a bit, don't you?

Now....where did I put those m&ms???

Hello, are you Charlene? Charlene Merrick? Hi, I am Dr. Feelgood's cousin, Dr. Labotomeabigbuttbertie!

I was hired by several woman to come here and analyze whether or not you would be a good candidate for partial removal of M & M's from the brain. Being here the short time that I have been here, I most certainly would recommend a 8 to 10% removal of the M & M section of your brain which is basically 8 to 10% of your entire brain!

Here is my card....call me when you would like to schedule something. Yes, we can replace that section with some other sort of candy! I have very competant assistants who can help you determine the best course of action.

Please, do give us a call. Have a wonderful day. Umm....could I take some M & M's home for my wife?
