CCEE1212 Sentiment Focus

I'm back from my two-week vacation, and it felt good to get back to my stamping table!!

Joanne has challenged the CCEE Stampers to make a card/project with the sentiment as the focus.  I used this circular Happy Birthday sentiment by Rubbernecker, which reads Hugs and Kisses Happy Birthday Wishes.  I did an inverted telescoping with my circle Nestabilities and dimensionals to draw the eye into the center.  I stamped the sentiment using a colorful Spectrum ink pad.  I kept the card very simple and somewhat masculine as it is for my great-nephew's birthday.  I love to use bright colors for the little ones, using Brilliant Blue and Gable Green for this card.

Be sure to stop by the CCEE Stampers' blog to see what the rest of the team came up with this week.  Perhaps you'd like to play along with us!

Welcome back from your vacation - I hope you had good fun and some rest too. I really like this with your spectrum pad and the way you've layered your circles inwards - very effective :D.
