Frances is the February challenge hostess for the
CCEE Stampers, and she's kicking off this first Thursday in February with a weather challenge in honor of Weatherperson's Day, which was on February 5. She challenged the team to create a card that features some sort of weather, e.g., sun, clouds, rain, snow, etc.
I went with clouds and rain for my theme, using my Friendship is Shelter Jolinne image by My Favorite Things (MFT). I paper pieced her umbrella, jacket, and boots, and colored the rest of the image with Copic markers. I also used my MFT Clouds Die-namic, dry embossing the largest one with a polkadotted embossing folder after I stamped the Forever Friends sentiment. The background designer paper is also cloud themed.
